Ellie Elson is a multimedia sculptor and performer who integrates themes of materiality, familiarity and absurdity through performance. Elson explores  relationships in regards to the art, artist and the environment in which it occupies , in order to identify new perspective. She uses materiality to communicate this development.

Elson grew up in Cheshire, before moving  to Buckinghamshire to continue her education. She currently is based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
